Fith day off filth Richards Bay

Richards Bay woke up to fith day of National Municipal strike. Some areas in the CBD has been cleaned up, but most of the rubish dumped around and close to the Taxi Rank is still stinking up a normaly clean and save shopping area.

All the Wednesday, Thursday and Friday Residential Pick up areas are still affected.
