A SINGLE-SEATER helicopter crashed after hitting powerlines in the Ntumeni area on Thursday morning. The pilot, Martin Knoesen, was not injured and was only taken to a local doctor for a medical examination. Ntumeni village and the neighbouring rural area was without electricity for some time because of the incident.
