Transnet Port Terminals
Tenders are invited for the provision of services for the moving of Elmec 2 Ship Loader from Berth 801 to Berth 804 at the Port of Richards Bay.
Request for Proposal (RFP) documents may be obtained from 31 May 2010 until 11 June 2010 between 08:30 and 15:30 from the Dry Bulk Terminal, Transnet Port Terminals, Room 39, Ground Floor, Umhlathuze Building, Port of Richards Bay. Copies can be obtained upon payment of a non-refundable amount of R500.00 (incl VA T) per set.

NOTE:

1. Payment may only be a direct deposit to:
   Standard Bank
   Account Name: Transnet Port Terminals
   Dry Bulk Terminal (full details)
   
2. Cheques or cash will not be accepted
3. Tenderers are required to the above reference number followed by Company Name, on the deposit slip, for ease of reference
   
4. Please present a copy of the deposit slip upon collection of the tender document.

A compulsory briefing session will take place at Main Boardroom, Umhlathuze Building on 18 June 2010 at 11:00.
Tenderers failing to attend the compulsory briefing and site meeting will be disqualified.
Tenderers without a valid RFP document in their possession will not be allowed to attend the briefing and site meeting.
No tender documents will be available at the briefing session.
This tender will close punctually at 10:00 on Tuesday, 6 July 2010 in the tender box located at the following address:
